    I was not great with logging foods this week, or with making good food choices as I had a migraine for the majority of the week, but I still managed a loss. This week, my goal is to make more mindful food choices and to more consistently log. Good luck to everyone on this journey!

What you did or did not do is a fact of life. What you can do is learn from your experiences, both positive and negative, and move on with greater insight because of what you have been through. That's life.

    I've been struggling to lose the two pounds a week that I'm trying to lose because I'm supposedly still growing. However, exercising a bit more may help.

    CW: 121 lbs
    GW: 115 lbs

    I'm going between 119-120 right now. Going from 125 to 120 wasn't too hard, but going and staying below 120 is tough.

    How's everybody doing one week in? I've replaced my normal morning snack of Starbucks chai latte and breakfast sandwich (350 cal) for celery with peanut butter and hot tea (114 cal) & it's still nummy and filling! ^_^

    Mondays don't work well for me, so I think I will post on Friday instead. This week was kind of hard, it is that time of the month, and I was bloated and craving sugar. But, I mostly didn't give in and am happy to be down a pound.

    Joining for some motivation :) though I'm a bit late. I haven't really lost weight in the past week. However, I do feel much more energized and no longer am craving fried foods, sugars, pops, etc. Yay!
