Encouraging Word...
Do you feel out of your comfort zone without your comfort foods? The good choices we need to make can be difficult and even exasperating at times. But, now as you begin to establish new routines and ways of doing things it will make life much easier in many ways. Begin to be in your NEW comfort zone in a NEW way this week with NEW and better choices nutritional and physically!0 -

I hope to get these last few pounds off before switching to maintenance. That's about twenty pounds altogether, but for this challenge:

Granted I was 2 lbs less in the middle of last week so I'm not surprised that I'm up a tad from the carbs and salt from this past weekend at camp. Overall I'm happy the scale is headed in the south direction week by week.0 -

Good week for me! Goal for this week is to kick this sinus infection and to bring in more physical activity. I would really like to start the c25k program, but I have never been at all capable of running so don't know how well that would work for me. Good luck everyone!
