I'm not sure if this counts, but I have been awful in the past where I am dieting and ruin it in the evening, get down and stop dieting. This time I have found a good way around it. I save a little bit of calories for the end of the day and usually end up having Weetabix at 9pm ish. For some reason it has helped a lot. Even if I do not have much calories left I have only 1 biscuit. It really helped me to transition out of late snacking and I do not do it now (mainly because my calories have lowered as I lost weight).0

I'm going to be out for a conference Tuesday through Friday. Though I won't "let my guard down" on LNS, I don't know when we'll be eating so my "streak" may end.0 -
Late night snacking. Uh, it kills me. I am on a tea kick and that will help me. I also need to go to bed at a good hour. If I could get in bed at ten, L.N.S. would not happen.0

Hi everyone -
I was going to wait til Nov to rejoin this challenge, but I have been gaining back the weight I lost so I need to get on board right now. I felt so good wearing my new figure-hugging dress for my son's wedding in Sept. and I just bought more new clothes last month since literally everything was falling off. So, I really really don't want to get out of control again.
I'm giving LNS the month of Oct to date, but that should be it since I'm sticking to my 9:30 pm cut-off time from now on!

Well I am joining. Lns Is a huge problem for me. The last thing I ate tonight was a muffin at 10.
I would like to not eat after 9 pm.
