    I'm not sure if this counts, but I have been awful in the past where I am dieting and ruin it in the evening, get down and stop dieting. This time I have found a good way around it. I save a little bit of calories for the end of the day and usually end up having Weetabix at 9pm ish. For some reason it has helped a lot. Even if I do not have much calories left I have only 1 biscuit. It really helped me to transition out of late snacking and I do not do it now (mainly because my calories have lowered as I lost weight).

    This week? Imagine if someone was trying to gain weight as quickly as possible... That kind of food, and that amount. I'm taking control again though.

    Day 1 again. Fresh start. I planned and was prepared and ready to say "NO!" to LNS!

    LNS: Eat nothing after 9 p.m. 6 of 7 days per week. … WIN! (7/7) :star:

    I'm going to be out for a conference Tuesday through Friday. Though I won't "let my guard down" on LNS, I don't know when we'll be eating so my "streak" may end.

    Late night snacking. Uh, it kills me. I am on a tea kick and that will help me. I also need to go to bed at a good hour. If I could get in bed at ten, L.N.S. would not happen.

    Ok, it is 8. I just ate apple. That is it . No more. I think l.n.s. has been ruining my slim self. I think I have an extra five pounds from not working out last week and dipping into son's potato chips. Not tonight. Last thing an apple.

    Well I am joining. Lns Is a huge problem for me. The last thing I ate tonight was a muffin at 10.
