    Walking down the sidewalk and those awesome legs distracted several of the drivers on the road, leading to a chain reaction multiple vehicle pile up... She survived this unscathed, but was rubber necking the carnage and stepped into an open manhole.

    Terribly bad luck... She was traveling the sewer network and happened to be under the open manhole just as @AliNouveau fell in. (there were rumors that @slimgirljo15 was the one who opened it but there was never any evidence to prove it)

    You died while readying pride and prejudice, you always get swept away by Mr Darcy (who doesn't) and you didn't realize the sidewalk ended and fell into the manhole. Apparently I was living Down there in the sewer.... I'm ruthless sometimes
