I know I read that the professional said these threads were triggering. I even responded. Good to see the professional suggestion.

But in any case, if you say no, then I probably just made this all up in my head.

    Carry on.

Could have been way back a bit. What is triggering is the arguments that sometimes come up. That's what was being referred to and it is something I have discussed at length and I am ok with now. I was just shutting everyone out that was trying to give reasonable advise because I was not really ready to accept that I really needed to listen and make some changes. I know that didnt come out right. It was more an internal conflict that came out in the threads.
I'm sure I could explain this better I hope you get the gist. I am seeing things a bit different now but I do not blame anyone for not believing me heck how many times did I backpedal before.

Ok so I gave up my 2-3 glasses of wine a night and I am aiming for net1200. I am so full. By not drinking a bunch of calories and eating back my step calories I am eating so much more. To the point that my stomach hurts. But I will do it. Today I may be just a little short but I am going to space things out more tomorrow. Not that anyone cares but I am actually pretty proud of myself !

So I am updating this not that I think it will be read or that anyone cares.
I am not at 1200 Net but guess what? That's OK.
It was just to big a change and was causing me terrible stress. So after a bit of a discussion it is agreed as long as I EAT 1200 I am good. So that is where I am.
I am not going to update this again. There really is no need.

I think you're wrong on the bolded part. Actually I know you're wrong, because I do care. And I honestly think that many others that have posted care as well.

And personally I still think that as long as you are working with a professional and your family, nobody can expect much more. It's easy for someone to say "fix it!" when they aren't in that position to know what or how you are feeling.

I'm glad you are feeling proud of yourself and changing what you can for the better. I hope you stay healthy and well.

But just remember, some of us really do care.

Thanks I wrote that when I was feeling very "picked" on. Better day today. Thank you for the kind words and caring.
