    @alphahowls that's really tough and it's very hard to see someone in pain...I hope it improves. Great job on the walk and the steps! It's miserable here and the dog is "talking" to me telling me he wants a walk lol...not today.

    I would like to join! I am going to aim for 10k steps a day, which is roughly 4.25 miles

    Ok so I am in.......need to be able to walk a total of 100 k (approx. 67 miles) in 5 days! My goal is May. My mother and I are meeting our cousins in Spain and walking The Way of St. James or The Camino de Santiago! So getting over the old injury hump may take me a little bit, I will push through!

    November 1-vinyasa yoga for 1 hour
    November 2- couch to 5k (3km) 30 minutes, I also walked the big chocolate guy 2.85 km

    It was raining today so I went to the mall to walk before the stores opened. Walked laps for 1 hour, probably around 3 miles, not sure.

    I'm in as well. It's going to be a challenging month for me to get out as much as I'll be working longer hours for what seems like half the month. But, I'll get in what I can.

    8724 steps for me today; 3.7 miles. I'm frustrated. I started working on walking form & speed with the WalkActive technique -- which is excellent -- but I've greatly inflamed my plantar fasciitis in the process. Grrrrr... Spent the day hobbling around & am icing it tonight. Went to a mum's hen gathering & realized I can all too easily drink more wine calories than I can out walk in this condition :-(
    Oh well, tomorrow's a new day...

    I'm in :) I started full time work on the 2nd of Nov and I walk 25 mins to/from the train station to my work to get some exercise in (plus 5 days a week at the gym - goal) so it would be good to track my walking for the month.

    Nov 1: 1.5kms
    Nov 2: 4.33 kms
    Nov 3: 0 kms

    Running total for November: 5.83kms
