Idk much about hooters, but I do know that unless you're from Buffalo, NY, you have no idea what good wings are!! Just had to throw that in there. Sorry, it's all we have lol.

im so sorry to tell you this but the rest of the USA has long ago passed Buffalo in making good wings. and yes i have eaten at the Anchor Bar. they get huge marks for originating wings but thats about it.

Lol OK. Can I ask why you said that in such a hateful manner? Does your opinion about wings define you? I just made a lighthearted comment in a sea of hurtful ones. Anchor bar isn't even that good anyways. Everyone in Buffalo knows that.

i thought that it was widely known that the ability to recognize good wings is what defines us as a species. its even in the Bible.

Well...since they just labelled "overweight" as "a disability," they cannot discriminate against people of any size, it's now against the law.

Here in the USA, at least.

Heh, mine was in a college town...they were young, hot guys, my age. Don't get me wrong. I totally "get" why some of you ladies feel the way you do. Now that I'm older, it bothers me too, a little...especially since I work in women's health. That being said, there are any number of jobs that are similar (NASCAR Trophy girl? Models? Bikini Baristas? etc, etc, etc)....and many that are much worse (world's oldest profession?). It was a brief means to an end, since I had the proper job skills, and "assets" to get a job there fairly easily. The money is good, and it's a fun place to work as a young person. Sounds like the OP sees it the same way. :drinker:

I was a little uneasy going to Hooters for the first time with my date at the time. I thought these girls were going to be drop dead gorgeous, huge boobs, etc. (just like the ones on Hooters' billboards and TV commercials - I COULD NOT BE MORE WRONG! Most were flat-chested and average, some ugly. Our waitress was easily 250lbs... but she was one confident diva!!!
