Get under 190 by the end of November.4
-
I can’t wait to drop below 9st, been hovering around the 9st 3lb mark for a while whilst recovering from surgery but it’s now time to tighten up from semi-maintenance for healing. Those 4lbs can’t drop fast enough!6

I want to jog 15k. I know I can do it and have an event in two weeks to try it.9

161 lbs this am, 2 more lbs to be in 150's10

Had a good streak for the last few weeks. Let's keep it tight for the rest of the week, so I get that magic feeling again when looking at the scales on Sunday!

Onederland is a little over a 1lb away! (it's been 16 years since I've seen it)20

SAME! I look forward to seeing it flicker onto my scale a couple times this week between water weight swings from gym visits.5 -
Same goal I posted previously but I’m now only 1.2 lbs away from having obliterated 100 lbs. 😊

I'd like to lose about .5% body fat by my next check-in in mid-November!5
-
My next goals are the elusive 75 lbs lost mark (about 3 lbs away), and the 260s right after that (4 lbs away). I have never hit the 75 lbs lost mark, and I haven't seen the 260s in about 25 years. I'd LOVE to see both before Thanksgiving.17

mini goal is trying to accept my weight of 161. I got down to 156 one time and I cant seem to stay in 150s so I am changing my mind. As long as I dont gain I am ok. Much better than 208, which is where I came from.10

Less important goal: I will eat a feast of white castle when I've lost enough weight to earn said feast.6

Welp I finally met both goals!!
I can FINALLY fit in a booth and I’m below 230lbs!
Next mini goals:
Leave the 220’s behind
Increasing my walks to 3 miles16 -
Hit my scale goal and I'm pushing forward with exercise outside of the pool.
Next goals...
Keep to my exercise schedule.
Log everything - good or bad.
Next scale goal is not so mini - 20.6 lbs.

I currently have two mini goals:
1. Lose 4.6 lbs by the end of the month. This would take me to the 50 lbs lost mark! I think it’ll be such an awesome feeling to be able to say “I’ve lost FIFTY POUNDS so far!” I know 4.6 lbs might seem like nothing but I haven’t really been losing any more weight for a few months now so I hope that changes.
2. Use my exercise bike again even if it’s for just 15 minutes a few times a week. After I reached my original goal weight I think I became a bit lazy and that’s why I didn’t bother using it anymore. I’ve used it two days in a row so far and I’m determined to stick to it 😊 No more excuses!9 -
10 pounds is the goal as well we got this 5 for this month and 5 next month!5

I’m looking forward to seeing family for Thanksgiving. I haven’t seen them since before I started my mfp journey in June.
They know I’ve lost some weight but seeing it will make them happy for me. That’s the mini goal that’s motivating me right now.9 -
Only 8.5 lbs to go now but have to survive my daughter’s birthday weekend.... my goal is not to put on any weight this weekend and to go for a long walk to offset some of the eating...!

So I survived my daughter’s birthday weekend and now only have 6.5 lbs to lose till the end of the year. The target is in sight
After a bit of a wobble over the Half Term kids holidays, I’m finally back on track to 1 lb loss a week. Only have 4.5 lbs to lose till the end of the year to meet my target, plus 0.5 lbs to 20 lbs lost since June 2019. Completely slow and steady.7 -
Current mini goals are flexibility related. Poor flexibility is making me terrible at and frustrated by yoga. Yoga totally seems like a thing I should like. It should be right up my alley.
So, I'm working on hamstring and calf flexibility, because I really want to fold in half like the nice people in the videos.9 -
next goal is around 10 lbs away to finally be back at normal BMI. I started at stage 3 obesity.18
-
Trying to break out of the 170s.5

Trying to get out of the 190's!5

Over halfway by Thanksgiving. Technically hit it this morning but it was a light weigh in. Won't count it until my daily ave for a week hits it.7
-
Trying to drink at least 2 litres of water daily. We're firmly in summer now (well technically still spring!)
Temps are in the 20s and remaining there so here's hoping!4 -

Flexibility happens over time - try to be patient with yourself. Good luck!5 -

Congratulations!
I was training for a half marathon until I fell and broke my arm 3 weeks ago. Surgeon says no running for another 4 weeks. So my mini goal is to heal my arm, regain flexibility and movement. And of course get back to running.9 -
I wanted to hit 140 by Thanksgiving but I actually ended up gaining a couple of pounds somehow. It has stuck around so I know it's not a fluctuation -- hit 144 a few weeks ago and now up to an annoying 146, which is fine and minimal I know but it's really impeding my progress toward my goal. Could be I got overly comfortable once I finally hit the healthy BMI range at 145.5.
I'm now moving that goal to the end of the year, which I think I should be able to do once I break out of this rut. At that point, I feel comfortable upping my calories to maintenance and switching to recomp.8
