Get to under 200lbs. Run a Half marathon in under 2:20 Although these may not be mini goals, because it will take a lot of work! 1 step at a time

You and I seem to have the same goals. I'm at 201.9 as of this morning and have a plan together for a 1/2 in June. I do 10K in ~1:05 so 2:20 for a 1/2 is in the ballpark for me.

There is a running group on here

I've posted my plan there. I hope it's okay to mention it.

I finally hit 30lbs lost, and now am less than a pound away from being overweight instead of obese. I took a break for several weeks and maintained instead of losing, which I'm happy that I was able to do and not regain. But I am so ready to leave obesity behind forever!

yup, absolutely understand that feeling. I just want out. I want to see obesity in my rear view mirror with lots of smoke!

I want to create an exercise routine and find it rather difficult at the moment. I am trying to be more active in daily life but would like to start some activity on a regular base.

Pushing to put on 7 lbs before June.
Ideally at least 1/2 of that will be muscle.

I think I posted here before. I don’t know how to find my previous comments on the MFP app.

    Current mini goals:

Drop another 3lbs or so by April 11 when I go on a little vacay to Great Wolf Lodge.

    Next goal after that:

Lose 5-7lbs by May 19 aka prom night.
(Extended family is putting on a prom for us adults. I never went to mine so I’m really looking forward to getting a gorgeous dress and being able to go with my husband)

Going to visit my boyfriend in mid-May, I'm hoping to be at goal weight by then (only 3 pounds to go, but they're so stubborn!!) as well as be at a lower body fat percentage!
