Count me in too! I'm currently 141 and change (started a couple weeks back at 148), and looking to get down to 120. For whatever reason I got the bug to get cracking before Christmas and I'm so glad I did. I'm even planning on keeping up my running schedule right through Christmas... Taking my running gear with me while we visit family!0

I'm 38, married to a chef (blessing and a curse!!), and just had our first baby girl 5 months ago.
We also lost my husband's mom to pancreatic cancer last month and started our next chapter this week - me: breadwinning mom and husband: stay at home dad. The last few months have been the most joyful (new baby), miserable and sad (mom in laws illness and death) and confusing (going back to work).
I'm 5'5" and 204 lbs as of this morning. I gained 55 lbs with my pregnancy and its slllllllow to come off with all that's happened. I'm seriously considering the 21 day fix, but only if my husband does it too. He has about 80 lbs to lose but is grieving and he knows too much about food, he gets in his own (and my) way by being able to make so much deliciousness...which is comforting at the time but...you know.;)

Can I join? I'm 5'5, and weigh 146. I've put on 25ish pounds over the last couple years and would like to get back down to 120-125 but am really struggling to find the motivation. This group seems like the perfect place to help get that extra kick to start0

I'm very new to MFP but I'd like to join the group. I need directions to how to join the official group though. I'm currently 147 lbs at 5'3", having lost and gained several times, frustratingly, and I'm trying a few new strategies to lose and keep it off this time - not going completely black and white on food groups, for one thing (even though i believe dairy and grains are a problem for me - I just haven't been able to stay off them completely, so I'm trying for moderation), plus bringing my Exercycle back in from the garage (lol) and joining MFP. A 20 lb loss would be nice, but my initial goal is 130lb.
About me, briefly, I'm a mom of three ranging from preschool to highschool, yes I did that to myself. I live in New Zealand (yes I am a LotR fan OF COURSE) but come from Africa and spent a year in the States once. I think a group is a great idea. I'm currently sat on my Exercycle craving pizza0 -

I'd like to join as well. I can't find the group...
I am 36, married, homeschool mama to 4 little chicks. I am 5'3" and weigh around 160 right now. I was down to about 145 a year ago, so I am pretty frustrated with myself for that gain. I had been exercising really frequently until about a month ago, due to schedule changes in our day. I find that when I exercise I eat much better.
I would like to get back on track to being healthy, and making better choices. I realize with my daily demands that I NEED to be healthy to complete my tasks well...and I'd like to fit into my clothes again.0 -

I am 40 and have two kids- 10yo and 7yo.
I am 5'4 and weigh 178 (down 10 pounds now). I don't fit in any of my clothes, even my scrubs are tight!
I am an RN- cardiac ICU and cardiac clinic.
I finally dusted off my treadmill in the basement and am doing a running interval program.

Hi I'm Lee Lee. I'm 25 years old. Initially started at 213.5 and I am down to 206.5 within a week! I'm so excited to be back on MFP, it keeps me organized. I am technically consider obese for my height but I don't look like but I certainly feel it. I cannot workout mainly due to knee injuries and arthritis, however, I walk a mile for about 4 days a week. I'm always interested in supporting and motivating others, so feel free to add me!

I'm in!! I am 27, 5'7" 187. I want to lose 40-45 pounds. I am giving myself a year so I don't get down on myself because even losing one pound a week can be a lot! My biggest challenge is calorie control. Even when I do eat generally healthy I can go way overboard and not realize just how many calories I am consuming. My goal is to record my food BEFORE I eat it so I can tweak my meals so I don't overindulge and bust my daily calorie limit. I could certainly use the motivation as well!!0

Hi! I'm Dawn, I'm 38 and I weighed 168lbs a months ago, so I'm hoping to have lost a little since then! (Pic on the right of my profile pic is me). I'm 5'6.
I'd love to lose another 15-20lbs to get back into my smallest jeans. They fit, but I have a horrible muffin top!
I've actually been on MFP for over 1000 days now, since my now 4 year old was 1, and I logged all through my third pregnancy. My third is now 19 months.
I'm married, and have been for 7.5 years. We have 3 kids... Jack who's 6, Maya who's 4, and Zoë is 19 months.
I'm a French teacher at secondary school (in England) and work 4 days a week.

Thanks for starting this! I've struggled with weight all my life. I've been more than 200 most of my adult life. I'm currently 5'6" and 224 for a BMI of 36.2. I've been married seven years and we have a 3 year old and 1 year old. I'm still breastfeeding the 1 year old (but not full-time as he's on solids now). They're awesome and we're hoping for more but I'd like to be at a healthier weight when I next get pregnant. I've lost weight several times on Weight Watchers. My lowest adult weight was around 185. I haven't weighed less than that since high school.My long term goal is 150 lbs; my medium-term goal is 185 lbs, which will officially get me out of the obese zone and into the overweight zone (yes, I know, and odd goal to be overweight) ; and my shorter term goal is to be less than 200 lbs.
