    Hi everyone! I'm glad I found this thread! I need accountability partners. I'll start and stop so often, I just want to stick with it for once. I want to eat cleaner and work out at least 5 times a week.

    Successes/struggles this week: I struggle with pop and processed foods. I really want to cut it all out for good because I have food sensitivities and eczema so anything processed makes me break out anyways! I also need to increase my water intake.

    Successes/struggles this week: No losses but after last weeks whopper - that's perfectly ok . Had awful PMS sugar cravings and scoffed far too many Jelly Babies - did you know they name them now?-the different colours have names - like I really want to get to know them first before I bite their heads off! However, back on track now and no sweets this week (besides I ate them all) and just been more active so hoping for less bloat & more loss next week.

    Successes/struggles this week: Went low carb. Tried being moderate but nothing happened, and low carb has worked for me before (I think I have food/gut issues). Feel like I have heaps of energy, and the weight fell off, but got insomnia, so am adding in carbs at night for that. But, I haven't been on my bike at all. Still, I've been on my feet heaps running around with the kids on their holidays, so I think activity is taken care of for now.

    Successes/struggles this week: I kept eating healthy, drinking a lot of water. I believe I have already developed a good eating habit. I am proud of myself for not having eaten even a single candy, even though there was someone bringing sweets to the office every single day. I was not able to resist a glass of cognac on several occasions, which did not seem to matter at all, as I had significant losses on the following morning. Maybe it stimulates fat burning? ;) It was also one of the worst weeks in a long while and I have not had any time to go to the gym. But with over a week to go I have almost reached my goal!

    Successes/Struggles: it's been a weird yoyo week with my weight. I've stayed on track with calories and tracking, the scale just hasn't been cooperating.     Successes/struggles this week: had a weekend with friends and choices were bad; then I was ill and full of self pity which gets me eating comfort food. I went to the gym at least and swimming so that was good. And I stuck to my morning exercises (10 min against back pain). Only a few days to go till goal weight. Let's see if I can make it!
