Successes/struggles this week- Did not sleep well 3 nights in a row – which definitely effects my weight loss efforts I succumb to sweets (bought a store bought sugar cookie) and makes it difficult to be motivated to exercise. That being said, I tracked the cookie, and still did my minimum 30 min the following a.m. Slept better last night, so ready to go an extra 30 min of exercise. Time to do it

Successes/struggles this week: feeling good about the last week, resisted all temptations. I was lower this week at some points, yesterday had a lot of sodium, normal weight fluctuations. Going out for African food tomorrow not quite sure what to get to stay within my limit. On Saturday we usually have an awesome breakfast and skip lunch, so I should have some calories saved up if I chill on the afternoon snacking.

Struggles: I was sick monday and Tuesday. I weighed in at 239.8lbs on tuesday, so im glad I was able to maintain most of the loss. Havent been overly active and feel like im having issues with my milk supply also.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Little shocked as I did not find the time to do much exercise, or log food but was always mindful of what I ate. Tried several good recipes in the Blog section. IT looks like dropping 10 lbs this month is in reach! The trick is to keep it there!

Struggles/Successes for this week: I stuck with everything this week. I walked daily, and even added in some bodyweight exercise routines twice this week. I can definitely feel that working, because my abs are sore when I cough! I've logged everything, weighing everything I can. And didn't even have a cheat meal this week. I do think I've been slacking a bit on my water intake so keeping that up and tracking it better is my mission for the next week.
We've gone two full weeks without any kind of takeout or fast food. Planning more meals ahead of time is definitely helping, but I know my husband will be asking for our "usual" Chinese takeout place we used to regularly get once a week again soon. I miss it too!!0 -

Successes/struggles 1st week: Struggles - I had some trouble with afternoon snacking. Dang, I love crunchy, salty snacks! Successes - I stuck with my exercise routine and worked hard. I am soooooo close to "onederland" and it's super motivating to keep going.
Successes/struggles 2nd week : Struggles - I still want something crunchy in the afternoon, but I've been making better choices and watching my portion control. I've also been asking myself why I want the snack. Is it because I am hungry or is there another reason? I would like to drink more water. It's something I have always struggled with. Successes - Onederland, baby!!! I started at 280 almost a year ago so this is a major milestone for me. I have been watching my portion size (even with "healthy" food) and have been sticking hard to my exercise routine.
Successes/struggles 3rd week: Struggles - I haven't been wanting to eat my fruits and veggies like I have in the past. I haven't been feeling well and have been struggling to reach my calorie goal. Successes - I managed to exercise every day and added a small weight routine this week.
