Successes/struggles this week: feeling good about the last week, resisted all temptations. I was lower this week at some points, yesterday had a lot of sodium, normal weight fluctuations. Going out for African food tomorrow not quite sure what to get to stay within my limit. On Saturday we usually have an awesome breakfast and skip lunch, so I should have some calories saved up if I chill on the afternoon snacking.

I'm disappointed with my progress at the moment, I've probably gone up more now as I've binged last night on crap food.

Was home two days this week due to my anaemia so ate well over calories for those two days. Pretty happy I was able to make up for some of that during the week. I'm off high intensity exercise until I get more energy back so I'm walking a lot. Super excited that I'm so close to this month's goal weight0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I hit goal! Granted it wasn't a very hefty goal, but I wanted to get away from the rut I had been in since around Thanksgiving. I wasn't gaining, but I was definitely tired of maintaining.
I've been to the gym 6 days this week, and except for the first day, I feel amazing!

Successes/struggles this week: Eating at home more often helps with the cal intake and sodium. I've stuck with the exercise. The scale doesn't move too quickly so I'm trying to focus on other measurements: Blood pressure is down so I'll take that as a win. Ho hum....slow is better than nothing but it can be so discouraging. I find it nearly impossible to stick with 1500 mg of sodium. Seems unrealistic.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: up nearly half a pound! Curses!! I cycle a lot and I've been so so so so hungry this week. One time I ate three slices of pizza and was *still* hungry.
So struggle this week was trying to fill the bottomless pit without going overboard. Haven't quite figured the answer out on that one. Maybe tons more of the healthy stuff and less on the chocolate? That'd be a good start maybe.0 -
