    My posting is not - should I say my iPad is not letting me post what I am typing ... things are being added...or not showing what I want???? Maybe I should go and use my computer and not the iPad.

    This is one of my toughest battles. My will can be mighty and strong all day, but when the sun goes down, it loses all of its fight. Apparently, it's solar powered. An added boost to the challenge is that an illness causes me to occasionally crave sugar. When it hits, it's usually hardest at night. And I can have absolutely no artificial sweeteners.

    So, I've committed myself to eating nothing after dinner. If the sweet cravings are bad, I allow myself a cup of tea with a bit of honey. Some nights I'm good, some nights not so much. I love this idea of tracking them. I start today. The accountability should help.

    2. Protein drink AFTER morning exercise
    3. Make sodium goal

    Only ONE WORD popcorn, oops, :'(:'(:'( I should of just left the bowl alone and just waited till tomorrow. I could of planned it in my menu and wouldn't ate the whole bowl, lol

    Once I start with popcorn I can't stop! How anyone can eat just a cup is beyond me. It's an excellent scrub-brush for the system, though, so your bod should feel nice & cleaned out today LOL :)

    HAD A BAD NIGHT, BUT NOT AS BAS AS USUAL, BECAUSE I WAS THINKING ABOUT THIS CHALLENGE....SO MAYBE TONIGHT WILL BE A SUCCESS FOR ME - I am thinking I need to change my evening routine......somehow!!
