I missed this yesterday but yesterdays lunch and todays are the same...3.2 oz of ground turkey (seasoned with pepper and salt-free Mrs. Dash garlic and herb), a little less than a half cup of rice and green beans, with an unsweetened applesauce. Right at 300 calories!0

I had 2 eggs, a slice of sharp cheese, a few cherry tomatoes, a handful of arugula and a few radishes. 339kcal.0

I had a dish of karalan spiced fish curry with wild rice & spinach, a danio bluberry yogurt and a pear. Yum.0

I had a sandwich - Arnold sandwich thin, slice of cheese, leftover grilled swordfish, lettuce, onion.0

bologna and cheese sandwich on wheat bread, a clementine, a sugar free pudding cup, and a bunch of veggies (carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers). Also known as a 4th grader's lunch, lol. 480 calories. I have more veggies for a snack later but I may go see if I can find something with protein in it.0

I'm out a lot this week so more restaurant food....I got a wendys double with no cheese and no mayo (I eat a lot of beef once or twice a week cuz hematocrit - I've tried lots of other things with not much luck so I need beef) and a side salad with their light vinaigrette.
When did wendys side salads get so good? It had cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, cucumber and a nice greens mix. Lunch wasn't bad on calories overall and decent amount of calories left for dinner.0 -
Homemade chili and a Greek yogurt0

Leftover red lentil soup; a small orange & a Fage fat-free cherry pomegranate yogurt for snacks. (Since I got back into town on Sunday and missed my usual lunch-prep window, I am heavily into Whatever I Can Grab Out Of The Fridge this week. Tonight, however, I plan to cook some extra chicken breasts....)0

I have a couple portabello caps roasting but I'm not sure what I want in them yet. Maybe some feta, garlic, balsamic and olive oil. Something light after having a big breakfast.
Eta 30 minutes later: Ok I stuffed them with an avacado mix with garlic, lime, feta (just the cheese I have right now lol), cumin, chili powder and cayenne. Crossing fingers it turns out good.0 -
I had a lovely bacon buttie mmmm0
-
Haven't eaten mine yet, but I'm having a salad (Dole Chopped BBQ ranch salad) topped with some chunks of ham (in-laws gave us a free ham over the holidays -- gotta use it up).0

A big box of sushi rolls I bought that had been reduced in my local shop - sushi and cucumber, salmon and prawn, and salmon and avocado. My day was pretty hectic to it was great to be able to just eat that 'on the go'. It came with little pouches of soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger. I rarely have it, and it was only 450~ calories. Yum!0
