I ate a hard-boiled egg and half an avocado on a small whole wheat pita. I also had steamed kale on the side, plus, half a navel orange for a total of 327 calories.0

I had an egg wrap: one flour tortilla, one egg, 2 large egg whites, slice of cheese, diced peppers and onions, and a little crumbled bacon. So filling and right around 300 calories! It will definitely keep me full until dinner.0
