Sounds like it should be titled "My woo is derpier than your woo".Quacks!!!! Both ladies were quacks! 'Taskercizing'?? Are you kidding me? And cleanses and resets and massaging fat!!! I seriously yelled at the TV. A lot.

Every time I watch this, it makes me wish my life came with a soundtrack0 -
How are the diets judged? Weight loss alone? I'd put my diet up against anyone's diet. More than half a century and no health problems is a pretty good record. Go me. If I wasn't so lazy I'd write a book or blog or something.0

It was pretty funny, I don't know where people come up with that nonsense.0

"Fanny" means something different in the UK! I take it we are not talking S&M pornography? (I have just drunk a bottle of 7% proof cider, so may not be posting with appropriate judgement, though I am checking hard for spelling and punctuation; "judgement" DOES need that middle "e", regardless of what spell check says.)0

I know I packed on at least 15 pounds in the first 4 months on my new job in a "food friendly" environment.
I'm glad I don't have time to waste watching these types of shows.

Me too! I was really hoping for a keto vs. moderation.0 -
The diets are judged based on total percentage of weight loss over the course of the show, which honestly isn't even enough to judge if a diet is "better". Other markers should be included like blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.0

That wouldn't be anywhere near enough woo or drama for a TV show.0 -

As a co worker of mine learned while working in a large insurance company in the UK, not the same! She received a "fanny pack" as a present and asked a large group of her UK coworkers if they wanted to check it out. Lots of laughter ensued.0 -
They were tracking a few markers, not sure which as I fast forwarded most if it, but did hear diabetes. So health is in there. Still won't bother watching any more of it.
When I first came to Canada from the UK I was horrified at how often women referred to their fanny in public.
I had always known it as a slightly derogatory slang word for a woman's vulva. Generally used by immature young men.
Fanny pack had me totally confused, i initially thought TOM related, but men kept referring to them too

I watched the first episode. It was crazy. The only one with the valid 'diet' was the one who had the do nothing diet (or something of that sorts). He seemed to be on board for eating high quality foods, but eating what you want too. Just limiting your portions and controlling what you eat.

I think it was called the No Diet, diet. There were two other trainers that I liked. The one that said you can taskersise, aka exercise while doing everyday stuff and the other one who let the client eat cake and stuff. Those seem sustainable. The smoothie, raw vegan food lady does not.0 -
I was excited to watch this show when I first saw the previews, I thought it would be interesting to see what diets really work the best. I was especially excited to see there was going to be a "vegan" PT, although the I'm not vegan and just recently went full fledge vegetarian, I thought it would be very interesting to see and just knew the vegan team would kick butt..I was disappointed to see that the lady was totally cuckoo though! And that "taskercising" clean momma is a QUACK! Where did these people come from!0

Watched it. It bothered me how upset these people were about losing "only" 6 pounds...like really? ugh0
