10 minute jump rope Challenge - July

I just completed my first day's 10 minutes! I brought my dog out with me, and he enjoyed the grass while I hopped on the deck. 8 minutes in I had to go to the bathroom, but waited. I don't recommend it - it really hurt, just a note. Except for that, it went well!

I brought a jump rope a couple of weeks ago and haven't used it yet. this should be fun and interesting. I will go for bronze.0

Got 15 minutes in today using the Lifeline USA Power Jump Rope (I have 6 jump ropes, each is ideal for a different style--this one is the best one for general purpose fitness). Would have gone longer but today was a strength day.0

Jump roping is excellent as a warm-up and as a workout. I might just do it as my warm-up today.0

15 minutes done today as a warmup to a light suspension trainer core-focused workout. I may or may not do more later after work.0

It depends on which challenge level you go for. Jade and Copper are not back to back minutes. The other levels are consecutive minutes. It is okay if you trip, take a 30 second breather, restart again and again, as long as it is a 10 minute (for example) block-of-time of jump roping. I hope this makes sense0 -
