I didn't even buy a jumprope until halfway through the month! And I have found out that jumproping was way easier as a kid. I used to be able to go forever without stopping! Now I trip every couple jumps! But I'm trying now!

It's ok if you have to stop as long as you are doing it. I do the samething. :-)

I've been doing it but can not do a consistent 10 minutes I normally get two-three mins in and stop or trip all over my own feet. Jumping rope was so much easier as a kid hahaha.

As creator of the challenge, I feel really bad about it, but I have not been very consistent. My body has been just too tired after my other workouts and cleaning job to do it some days. However, I think I will be able to do it more now. I also keep getting freaked out by the bees outside!

calves get really sore and actually my feet-arches were killing the next day....MUCH easier as a kid....I was trying to land lightly on my toes and have a hollow body hold....need to clearly work harder on this!

So... I am curious - how did everybody do? I think I averaged Bronze.

Thank you so much for joining in this challenge. I hope you enjoyed it
