I confess I was given a week tonight to make a decision that will change everything and I honestly don't know what I want and don't know how to figure it out so I want to avoid even thinking about it because it makes me even more confused.0

Been there, done that. I remember the days when I pretty much only left the house to go to work. To be out in the world shopping and doing other things felt strange and I didn't like it. So sad for anyone here dealing with anxiety.1
