    Options
    I would just work more lower body stuff or keep with the ending amount, into my workout routine. Like doing side squat walks, squat weight lifts, mountain climbers, frog jumps, stairs, etc etc. Find different ways to work more of the leg muscles :)
    I decided to follow this challenge cause Leg work was always my hardest thing to keep with lol so it's motivation for me! Then makes me feel like I want to do some other leg stuff :)

    Do you have bad knees?
    Make sure your knees aren't going past the tips of your toes

    Day 4: rest. But i'm doing other workouts

    Yes unfortunately I have bad old knees! Between tennis and the gym, my knees are giving up.
    Today is day 9; 100 squats. I was able to do them. Half of them i did plié style to work on my inner thighs.

    Day 19 not gunna lie... I didn't do my squats today :O caught myself a bit of a cold so figured I'd take today off, and do them tmrow during my rest for squats :)
