Hi all,
I'm new on this thread, but I'm planning on walking every day. Right now, walking is the only exercise that I can do since I had surgery a week ago. So today I walked outside for 20 minutes.... Talk to you all tomorrow0 -

Since I have the vivofit I actually have to walk at least some everyday...But I must admit most of my walking is done during the week!0

Hi, I'm just joining this challenge today. I got back on the WL journey and tracking on Sunday. I've been using my feet as my mode of transportation whenever possible since Sunday and its going very well. I'm tracking every bite, every day, and moving so much more! I've only done one "walk for the sake of walking" vs going somewhere this week, looking to increase that. I've had PHENOMENAL results in the past w walking!0
