    My Apple Watch recorded over 12,200 steps before the end of my shift today. I'm going to hit my 15,000 goal after dinner. :)

    Please be careful! Doubling you exercise from one day to the next can lead to injury and/ or burnout. Try 6000 this week, then once you are consistent, add more.

    I'm in - I've had a fitbit for 3 years and love that it motivates me to get my steps in. My goal for the last three weeks has been 12,000 and I normally get much more.

    15,120 today!! Might walk a tad bit more around the house before day's end, but after walking 7.6km from work to home, I think I might just crawl if I need to go to the restroom or kitchen!!
