    this is way harder than i thought, sitting at a desk all day definitely doesn't help. the closest i have gotten is 9080 steps. any suggestions for ways to move more? also, sometimes i forget to walk with my phone when i take the dog out.

    @jessiferrb can you take a walk during the day, doesn't have to be long, just 10-15 mins

    I too have found this much harder than I thought, because of my desk job. I also use my phone and don't take it everywhere with me which doesn't help. Maybe use your lunch hour to get some walking in!

    I take it easy on weekends to allow my body to rejuvenate so will be doing 10,000+ steps Monday-Fridays only.

    I lost my Fitbit and forgot about using my phone. I will try and track with my phone tomorrow. I don't always carry it, I often leave it on a table while I work. I miss seeing how much I have moved during the day.

    Steps today = 18,842. I walked 8.03 miles today. It helps that I'm on vacation this week so I have time to get a lot of walking in. Yesterday and Sunday I walked 9 miles each day. When I'm back at work, I usually walk 3-4 miles depending on the day, plus about 3-4 miles after work. :)
