Steps today = 18,842. I walked 8.03 miles today. It helps that I'm on vacation this week so I have time to get a lot of walking in. Yesterday and Sunday I walked 9 miles each day. When I'm back at work, I usually walk 3-4 miles depending on the day, plus about 3-4 miles after work.0

I work desk job and lots of hours too but I found ways to add steps such as anytime I am waiting at copier I step in place. I park on other side of building to force myself to walk those extra steps. I step in place if I am on phone on hold. I take long route to conference room to build in steps. I started January 9 2016. I averaged 4000-5000 daily until I started finding ways to add steps. Now I am at 10,000-14,000 daily and hit my 1,000,000 step on April 7th. Who would have ever believed. I have lost 13 pounds since nov 1. Excercisd more. Eat less. Eat healthy0 -
