It does look like you're right though. Some areas allow people to have a certain type of otter as pets. It says they're very high maintenance and not to expect to cuddle them.0 -

But i have never found abroad the once we have here. They taste very different compared to the Dutch version
Sausage rolls are one of my favourite things, ours look a bit different though..
