    I usually have big brekkie on Sunday morning. I get an egg white, feta, spinach omelette with a side of 9 grain toast. It's my splurge for the week lol. I'm not a huge breakfast fan, and eating it every morning used to be a challenge.

    Agree. Every morning I have yogurt lol. Boring but it has protein and fills me up until lunch.
