It was so much fun! Had some wine, danced a lot, laughed a lot and woke up with no hangover.
sore feet this morning? I usually end up barefoot after about an hour in heels. Glad you had a great time and hopefully you will get to do it more often.
I finally took the torture devices off when we left the party. He ran to get the car and came back to me barefoot lol. They look pretty but they hurt like hell.0 -

Speaking of Canadian musicians....Alanis Morrisette before she was what she is today she was a pop star here and when I Was skating we had hip hop dance classes and our instructor was her choreographer for those videos. He always wanted to put me and my brother in her videos but she was Ottawa based and we were from Toronto and skating all the time....haha. He was awesome I think he was working with Cirque du Soleil now
I have seen the videos. They're hilarious!! Especially since they were not THAT long before her "angst-ridden" hit album came out. She was Canada's Tiffany!
yes you're right she was. They were funny. I think he's in some of them too...and just think I could have been too0 -

Ever done treadmill lunges? I do side shuffle, backwards high knees, plank climb, when I am on my treadmill. It is pretty awesome once you get into routine.1 -
My stepson is graduating from Marine boot camp next week so my husband is taking 2 close friends with him to the graduation. They will be representing Army, Marines, and Navy. I think it's pretty cool1

I can't run just yet but one day1

If you're going for endurance, you might enjoy wind sprints and HIIT. I used to do those across the football field when a navy PT test was coming up and I wanted to shave a few more seconds off my run time.0
