    So how did it go last night Jen?

    It was so much fun! Had some wine, danced a lot, laughed a lot and woke up with no hangover.

    sore feet this morning? I usually end up barefoot after about an hour in heels. Glad you had a great time and hopefully you will get to do it more often.

    I finally took the torture devices off when we left the party. He ran to get the car and came back to me barefoot lol. They look pretty but they hurt like hell.

    Work that booty girl! We got to get those squats in ;) I start back on squats today as well. My thighs will be screaming tomorrow.

    gotcha. I feel fortunate to have an elliptical machine in my living room. if you can do it, $250 on Amazon... worth it.

    I usually only go Monday, Wednesday and Friday because it puts me an 1 1/2 hours later getting home at night but my husband will be out of town next week so I get an extra day or two :)

    Now, just want to be able to jog for more than 2 minutes at a time without dying. I want to mainly just sweat a few pounds off to start then start working with weights maybe to tone up. I have no idea what I'm doing :)

    you'll get there running is hard. Every time I do it I'm like why am I doing this...oh ya it's like the fastest way to get a super quick big burn and it makes your legs look good I'm told

    Ever done treadmill lunges? I do side shuffle, backwards high knees, plank climb, when I am on my treadmill. It is pretty awesome once you get into routine.

    My stepson is graduating from Marine boot camp next week so my husband is taking 2 close friends with him to the graduation. They will be representing Army, Marines, and Navy. I think it's pretty cool :)

    If you're going for endurance, you might enjoy wind sprints and HIIT. I used to do those across the football field when a navy PT test was coming up and I wanted to shave a few more seconds off my run time.
