Just did level 1 day 1. I felt like I was going to puke oh gosh... but I still finished the workout!3 -
So did the first day of Level 1 today. Workout was great - was sweating a great deal but I guess in general I was feeling quite good... no feeling of wanting to puke2

I had to take 5 days off. Doctor's orders. I fractured a bone in my foot. But SO glad to get back at it!0 -

Hi guys I'm jumping in! I'm at day 9 (Level 1) right now. I've completed the shred twice before but this is the first time post-baby
When I'm finished, I'm going to start Ripped in 30, which I've never finished!0 -
I suggest doing it twice if you are having gains still at the end. Increase weights or intensity if possible for more of a challenge. To keep from getting burned out in the second round, do seven days of each level, and then the remaining three days of each level to equal thirty days. Level 1 day 5 done! Wow can't believe I've been doing this for 5 days straight! Feels so good.
Btw does anyone feel like they aren't sweating as much? It's only been 5 days but I'm not as tired as I was when I started out.1 -
L3 day 5...really surprised that I've stuck with it, it's very unlike me2

Day 10 Level 1 complete! It definitely got a lot easier, until I doubled my weights for the last two days- eek!
Can't wait to take progress pics tomorrow and start Level 2!1 -
I missed posting yesterday but day 6 level 2. I'm going to do this one more. I'm still struggling with that last circuit. But it's definitely getting better.2
