Level 2 day 8 (Day 18) complete! Absolutely can't wait to be done with this level and move on to level 3. Although I'm pretty sure I'm totally undermining all my Shred efforts by continuing to eat so much junk so I'm not sure my day 20 progress photos will be too impressive...1

After a few days off I finally finished the program the other day. Restarting at level one today but this time doing it 3 days a week alternating with the Jane Fonda experiment i posted above to help the booty out a little more :-)1

I did Level 3 Day 1 on Thursday and took Friday through yesterday off. Grrr. That was the longest break since starting. I feel crappy. However, this is what always gets me. I will do Level 3 Day 2 tonight. I can do this!0 -
I was considering ripped in 30 next as well. I'm finished 30 day shred in about a week (I've been doing it every other day with just cardio in between because of my shin splint issues) so I was considering doing a couple days in a row and then a rest day rather than 6 days in a row. I think it might be too hard on my shins. But I also want to pick it up because I'm getting married in just under two months.
Let's do it! I did Jillian for my Wedding and it was the best decision I made. I was in great shape!!0 -
Today is my 3rd day! Each morning I feel sore around my thighs but it will be worth it. I also started a low carb diet to help me. So far so good!0
