    I've been drinking water all day...which is pretty normal for me. Definitely on #8 or #9 by now. :) My little challenge that I am going to add for myself with this is to put ice in the water. I usually just drink it room temp straight from the tap. I know ice water is better, so I'll be adding ice to the 12 glasses I usually drink. :)

    Hi guys,
    Really excited for this challenge / group! The water challenge is a good one for me, I'm GREAT at drinking water at work but usually pretty terrible after work and on the weekends. I just went for a big run this morning without meaning to but it was such a nice day compared to what it has been like that I couldn't help myself :) So hopefully that works in my favour!

    OK- So 8 glasses on water today? I am on it!
    My father in law is here this weekend and we have a baseball game to go to tomorrow... I'll be getting up to pee at every inning!!!

    Thanks, AnneElise for setting this up!

    Today's water was easy - I usually drink 9-10 glasses a day. This weekend will be a true "challenge" for me - family reunion on Saturday and Hershey Park on Sunday. I'm packing 1/2 a case of water for me, DH and the kids, but I think I will be drinking most of the bottles! :tongue:

    Got in 10 glasses of water today, and stayed under my calories despite having dinner at a friend's house :bigsmile:

    This is great. I need to drink more water and normally don't drink more than 4 glasses/day. I had to make myself get to 8 today.

    If I add a crystal light packet to my water, does that still count as a glass of water? Just curious because I usually drink a bottle of water with crystal light every morning.

    love this i am so determined for my 8 glasses a day its just gone noon so far ive managed 4 down side i need bathroom every 5 minutes but if it helps weight to go ill cope lol

    In my book crystal light counts!

    I have been drinking SO much water because its so hot! got to run 7 miles in about 30 minutes and i am tired :C but drinking my first glass of the day!

    not really sure how these things work. I think people just support each other all week and chat. Friday everyone days a weight check in. Saturday I will post Littlest Losers (Week 2).... Anyone has other ideas shoot! I am just making this up as I go along!

    AnneElise, you are doing great! My water was good yesterday. I did manage to get in eight glasses, but my friends called me to go to a festival...and then the drinking began. I didn't go overboard, but I had way more than my usual one drink. I REALLY need to step up the water today. I am aiming for 8-10 glasses. Happy Weekend you little losers!! :wink:

    I had Relay for LIfe last night as well...my goal was to walk 5 miles and I did...non-stop. I only got in 6 glasses of water though...but today will be better.
