What is your daily calorie intake? (Mine's 2,300)

46 yrs old, 5'3, in maintenance after losing 80 lbs.....MFP gives me 1460...plus exercise so usually 15-1900 on a really good, active day.0

37 and at barely 5 ft, I eat between 900- 1100 to slowly lose weight ( calorie cycle depending on activity level)
( 1300 is supposedly my maintenance and what I tend to eat when I exercise a lot)
I binge eat about 3 times a month when we eat out with family/friends--especially if it is a buffet. I always try to avoid them but it's always where people want to go. On those days, I pre-plan to eat only one meal that day since I usually eat 2-2.5K calories

my allowable for a 2 lb weekly lost is 1940 cals, but i normally stay 100 -200 under witha few occasions were i gone 400 - 500 cal under that, lol0

I've been eating 1300 about 6 days of the week and 1800 on one day. I honestly can't tell how much I'm losing weekly at the moment because I'm coming out of a bulk and I was retaining so much water at the end. I'm not very active. 5'4" and currently 136.0

1580. I dont count exercise calories and still have about 30 lbs left to lose (down 50 so far). I hover around this number, but it is much easier to sustain and still lose weight than 1200 a day. I just lose weight more slowly. The upshot of that is that once i hit goal weight i will not have to drastically change my eating habits- just slide into maintenance with a few extra calories at my disposal.
2300 for a guy sounds about right, but it depends on how active you are and how fast you want to lose weight. Thing is, it isnt as much as you think. When we dont pay attention, it is easy to load up on calories. You could be eating twice that amount on a given day regularly and hardly know it.0 -
I'm set at 2000 a day, and have had my best success losing fat and inches eating 1800-2000 a day. I'm on the TDEE method, so that includes my exercise.
I'm a nearly 48 year old woman, 5'8", avg 140lbs, but am more interested in my shape, strength and body fat percentage than scale numbers at this point.0 -
Maintaing at 2000 calories per day. I lost the weight I wanted to lose at 1450 per day. I'm female, 5'6", 121 lbs.0
