Does anyone tried cell reset diet? Worth it to try?

    This is one of the funnier bits of unscientific woo I have seen in a while. Your cells cannot be reset. Reduce calories, move more.

    Restart cells? Do they just "stop" and need restarting like a car? All of these types of so-called "diets" are just stupid and don't do what they say they will. Only eating less, which apparently, if you've lost 120 lbs, you've done.
