Do what? Never heard of it.
My advice is to not complicate it. Eat less than you burn and you will lose weight.21 -
I took a look at it. OP, it's complete woo, a fad diet, and is completely unnecessary. All that is necessary is to burn more calories than you eat (calories in, calories out, CICO). Eat what you like in appropriate portions to stay under your calorie goal. A digital food scale is strongly recommended. Good luck!16

Just looked at it. It is nonsense. Eat normal food while eating in a deficit and you'll lose weight.7

Why do my cells need resetting?
Wait. Curiosity got the better of me. Is this what you are talking about?

Looks unnecessarily complex and like they want to sell you their 28 day program and all the associated products.
In answer to your question - NO I don't believe this would be worth it to try. Not when you can set a reasonable calorie goal here, track and log all your food, and lose weight for free. No special, arbitrary rules about how many times to chew your food, timing of water consumption after a meal, things you can't eat because they are "fatal fats", no need to "inform my organism even without additional food it has plenty to digest". How do you even get that message to your organism anyway?11 -
LOL @ the rules. There's one rule that says "don't lift the bottle to drink the water." How the heck are you supposed to drink it?
There's only one rule (to rule them all) and that's just eat food at a moderate deficit. There's no reason to make it any more complicated than that. And weight loss doesn't have to cost money. Other than my grocery bill and a food scale, losing weight hasn't cost me any money at all.12 -
That diet looks ridiculous.8

You are not a computer, you don't need to be reset. Enter your information here, select a moderate goal like 1 pound per week, measure and log what you eat going to your calorie goal.7
-
No thanks. I'm not into fads , gimmicks or woo3

Wow, that is over complicated and weird. Definitely not accurate or valid.4

The diets people fall for, I really need to get in the diet industry and make millions off of gullible people. LOL,5

Sounds like pinterest science.7

What, is this like a makeover? Before, here's your cells in their boring old membrane, but with new cytoplasm customization and ribosome refurbishment we can turn those duds into studs!
Seriously OP if they're trying to sell you something and include the words "restart," "jump start," or "cleanse," beware. Those are biiig warning lights for a scam--an expensive scam that will make you poop a lot.22 -

On the down side, you get scammed. On the up side, you get to poop a lot!5 -
Good Lord , just had to look this up
Wtf? I tell you how you will lose weight on this diet - it makes your brain squeak trying to work out all the woo rules that you just give up on eating.
Just eat at defict and move more , it's that simple .5 -
This is one of the funnier bits of unscientific woo I have seen in a while. Your cells cannot be reset. Reduce calories, move more.3

I appreciate all comments but I ask if anyone tries this diet. I lost 120lbs+ and don't need advice what to do to lose. Question was simple. Yes maybe name of this diet is strange and no you don't need to buy anything to participate in this diet. @missusmoon did you here about improving cells count in your blood?9
-
Of all the comments to respond to, you chose mine?12

Yeah.... no for the simple answer. Why would I follow such overly complicated woo to try and lose weight?

Yes, that's why I specifically called it "unscientific". While blog posts and sites like Natural News claim some foods can increase white blood cell counts in your blood (which would have NO impact on weight loss), no food can do that.

If you lost 120 lbs then why would you want to try this diet? It sounds crazy to me and full of unnecessary restrictions. Eat at a deficit and you can lose weight without having to fallow a bunch of crazy rules or take supplements.7 -
The only way I "reset" my cells is to hydrate them properly and if necessary, send some electrolytes their way. I'll lift my bottle to my lips if necessary.6

No pretty much my respond was to all comments. I tag your comment because you were so sure that cells can't be restarted or improved.4

You also asked if it was worth a try. The resounding answer by many of us has been no, it's not worth a try because it's over complicated and is full of broscience and fad stuff.6 -

What does it even mean to "restart" a cell?5 -

I clicked on this link , reading it you see a few errors but my favorite is when they tell you to use "rape oil" under the frying section...........wait they did it twice, is that an actual oil? WTH lol5 -

Restart cells? Do they just "stop" and need restarting like a car? All of these types of so-called "diets" are just stupid and don't do what they say they will. Only eating less, which apparently, if you've lost 120 lbs, you've done.3 -

Do you have to use jumper cables to "restart" a cell?

The Krebs cycle.
Aren't we doing that anyway (as long as we're alive) without the assistance of a special diet?4
