I haven't tried a whole lot. I have found what works for me and stick with that and there really isn't anything that I can't go without. However, I typically like a pre-workout before my gym visits and I use No-Xplode 2.0, which gets me amped to absolutely kill some weights and cardio. I've had some pretty good results using Cell-Mass. It gives me a nice pump that sticks around for quite a while afterwards. Other than that, nothing beats good old food. That, I can't live without.

Nothing. I try to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and make sure to get enough protein from food. Oh, and coffee, but that was a necessity before I got fit.

I drink a Slim Fast shake in the morning as a replacement for breakfast, and then I have been trying a combination of Forskolin, HydroxyCut and garcinia cambogia. I don't expect any of these to be a miracle weight loss cure for me, just hoping to find something that will curb my appetite. Going from eating 3500+ calories a day, to less than 1900 is a shock to my system and leaves me feeling starved all day long.

I have a ton of vitamins and minerals in my house. I don't use them as much as I used to.

The one's that I used most right now are MuscleTech Pre-Workout explosion, and Bronkaid. Bronkaid and Caffeine when used together have synergy and help to promote more weight loss.

I think the sports supplement industry is BS though. Most of the things that they peddle are ineffective. The only things that are somewhat viable are:
-Protein powder which many brands are known to contain varying amounts of protein compared to whats on the label, as well as heavy metals.
-Creatine which works I guess, but TBH I dont think it is worth the money for the marginal benefit.
-Aminos, they have their uses but cost to dose ratio when put into a sports supplement is pretty high
-Pre-workouts, the cost per dose is among the highest of all supplements, and its essentially just caffeine, with some other magic BS sprinkled in. You can buy a bottle of 100-200mg caffeine pills on average for 7 dollars. You might say well then why do you buy pre-workouts then, my answer to u is that I like the taste lol but it isnt magic in a jug

Proprietary blends are just ways for supplement companies to say, yeah theres a bunch of ingredients in here, but its our secret formula, so we dont want to tell u the exact values. Meanwhile u can bet your glutes that when u see proprietary blends, that the cheapest ingredient on there, comprises the majority of what is in said blend.

So as you can see I don't trust the sports supplement industry. I would never buy a test booster or a supplement that promises me more reps or a 15 percent increase in strength, blah blah blah. The only time any of that stuff was effective is when prohormones were still legal in the US

Currently just fish oil, daily multivitamin, and black coffee!

Have previously used a bit of everything; whey protein is obviously a crucial supplement for many looking for strength, muscle, and weight loss.

Formerly used a pre-workout called Alphamine from PES that was also a thermogenic. It was awesome...I'm looking at buying more to cycle in.

Nothing except for a women's daily multivitamin. I mostly take this because my diet isn't the most varied, and because as a vegan I need to take a supplement to get enough B vitamins, especially B12.

Occasionally when I remember to I'll mix up a protein shake with almond/cashew milk and Orgain.

Just protein to get that macro up. But lets be honest here. As for the rest of the supplements you can buy...if it works, it's illegal. And if it's legal, it doesn't really work. I wish I had the money back that a blew my first year or two of working out.

Be careful with HydroxyCut I took it about a year ago and it landed me in the ER.

Actually, I take a multivitamin and a B complex plus a protein shake (2xday) and when I was lifting heavy I would take a pre and post creatine and that is all I have ever taken.

    Steroids aren't supplements.
