Ugh - brutal TOM binge eating and lack of desire to exercise week. Was hoping for a little loss for the week, but frankly, just happy to see I didn't lose ground considering I had 3 pounds of bloat earlier this week. Did lose some inches in my shoulders, chest and thighs.

The craziness continues at work & been so tired. I also missed a water aerobics class this week bc I had to work late Wednesday. Frankly I'm shocked I lost weight this week. I'm wondering how much is just water.1 -

May or may not not hit my intended goal by the end of this challenge, but realized that the ultimate goal is just living a healthier lifestyle and that is something I have definitely achieved and plan on maintaining. I'm on vacation this week, and I still got up extra early in order to get my daily walk in because I love it so much now.
Hope everyone else is having a great week.

I'm finding it harder and harder to stick to my calories, and I'm thinking I'll up my calories to a half pound per week loss, instead of maintaining like I was for about 3 weeks in July.2 -

I love that you continue to work it! So, you had a bit of a set back this week. I know you are going to rock it later based on your previous recoveries! Keep at it!! You can do it!!
Glad to see a few of us still are logging for this challenge. Will be interesting to see who all is left standing at the end of this. And anyone left is a success just for sticking it out! Persistence is a key to this journey. Lots will have been learned, and character will have been developed.2 -

Started weight lifting this week. I've actually never been below 152 before. I'm going to try and focus on recomp now, since I've been holding around 152 since mid-July.3 -
I'm still here! Getting ready to start level 3 of the 30 day shred....then looking for something to do when that's over. I was thinking Jillian's body revolution?
I'm about to have surgery though so I won't be able to exercise for 6 to 8 weeks (sweet baby J)....hoping I'll be able to at least maintain my current weight!
Congrats to everyone still with us!5 -

Sorry I'm late posting (I weigh in Fridays)! I'm not sure how I managed to lose more than a pound per week for the last 3 weeks. Usually I ratchet up & down losing slowly but I'm not starving myself or eating poorly nutrition-wise. Don't know what happened but I'm not going to fight it!2 -

Very proud to have lost weight during my vacation week. I had a great time and continued to make healthy food choices and remained active (10 miles/day walking and Tai Chi several times). Feeling very optimistic, even if I don't hit my goal exactly by the end of this challenge.
Hope everyone else is having a great week.

Congrats @evesmom2 !!
I included some of my challenge stats at the bottom of my post. One more week until we're done!! I won't reach my original challenge goal, but I knew it was a stretch since it was what I was trying to get to NLT the end of September. Happy with the progress, and glad this challenge was here to keep me accountable.

You have done great @b3achy!!! (What is NLT?)
Thanks...still hoping for at least one more pound, but if I'm PMSing this week, I'll be happy if I maintain
NLT = No later than; Not later than. Sorry for the shorthand.
And I just reread that sentence, and it barely makes sense...my point was that my original challenge goal was really what I'm hoping to get to by the end of September, so it was a stretch to shoot for it at the beginning of Sept...but I like to have a farther target to stretch me. If I make it, great, I did more than I thought I could...if I don't, I'm probably closer to reaching (or just passing) my real goal anyway.0 -
Thanks.... I had no guess as to what NLT was!
I joined the "Lose 40 lbs by Christmas" challenge just to keep me accountable. I think it is going to be a stretch for me, but just having to put the number in every week helps me a lot2 -

Stretching is good, as long as you don't get too hung up on it. As they say, shoot for the stars, and if you miss, you may still reach the moon anyway!
I wanted to join that one since my final goal is for the end of December, but I only had 30 to lose total, so I didn't. I do love the challenges for the accountability, but I think I'm better suited for the monthly ones.2 -

Almost there!
I went a little past my goal sometime last week, 159.5!! My digital scale isn't working today...might need a new battery so I used a regular dial type scale that sits on 160 this morning. I'll take it!

Not many of us are left updating the spreadsheet, but still fun to see everyone's updates. I'm so thankful for this challenge as a way to keep myself motivated to keep the downward trend on the scale. Not likely (nor healthy) to lose 5 lbs this coming week to hit goal, but overall very happy with the success I've had during this challenge.
Hope everyone else is having a great week.
