    Weekly Goals:
My goals for next week are:
    - Lose 1lbs
    - not to jump any meal

Struggles: I did lost weight but I had a terrible weekend foodwise. On Friday I weight in at 217.2 and on Monday at 214.6. I tend to under eat/over eat on weekends because i'm so busy that I *choose* to push back/jump a meal or the gates are open and I have no limits. I know this a disorder and I'm seeing someone for that. and I also know that a weekend of under eating as I did this weekend means that this week is gonna be especially hard to maintain a balance.

Successes: I'm at the lowest I have ever been for a very long time, probably over 5 years.

What do I like to do on REST days?

Rest days usually mean taking some creative time for myself. Writing songs with my ukulele (or just playing really terrible rock music), drawing or journaling, vocal training, etc. Also, spending some much needed time with my partner and my kitty. Snuggles, tea, books, music, sometimes a movie... :)

What do I like to do on REST days?

Well, I LIKE to rest, sleep in, read a book, do lots of stretching, maybe soak in the tub with a face mask and some chocolate... But what do I actually do? I end up being really busy doing housework and running errands. But every now and then I get to have "pamper me" days, so it's all good!

    Good morning!!!

Here in France we are having another sunny yet humid day. It feels like a storm should hit any minute. I went out with SJ This morning for a walk, its just been so hot we needed to get out of the house. I hope you are all having a wonderful Tuesday so far. I just want to say you have all been great. I'm very proud of all the efforts you are making and for coming in here each day to keep our discussion going and interesting. I am enjoying reading all your replies each day!

    Challenge question of the day:

What is your favorite workout song?

I don't think I have a favorite song altho any power song by a power woman gets me going like Katy Perry Roar and Alicia Keys Girl on Fire. Lately Ive been working out to anything by Die Antwoord.

Don't let it get to you. Our weight fluctuates daily it's nothing you are doing wrong. There is no way you ate so much to gain 2 lbs in 1 day. You are most likely retaining water.

    Favorite workout song -

Since I'm often working out on the water and don't have a waterproof music player yet, I typically will sing to myself - usually church hymns or pop Christian songs. Whatever tends to come to my mind is what gets sung. "Our God is an awesome God" is one that often comes to mind, especially when I get the gift of seeing some dolphins during my paddle.

If I'm working out on my Gazelle, I'm typically watching TV, so there isn't any music playing.

Yep I had the same issue this morning though for me it was .6 pounds (and I ate well within my goals yesterday and did workout). I'm convinced I'm retaining water because I didn't get my 8 hours of sleep last night (got like 3 hours, and then got woken up by the storm for a couple hours, and then go maybe 3.5 more hours). I think I need a nap today.

    My favorite workout song?

I don't really have one, but I have favorite genres. I'll always love alternative rock, and I also like liquid drum and bass (mainly Pendulum) for when I'm on the elliptical.

I love listening to Pitbulls XM station. The dance/Mexican beats get me going!
