    However, I will make an attempt to get somewhere close to last June in terms of time or distance ... or both if I can manage it. :)

    I'm back!! I was madly studying for a final exam worth 50% of my mark. Thankfully, that is done now! There will be a long wait to find out how I did, but at least the course is finished and I've got a month till the next one starts. With only full-time work to do (instead of full-time work + a grad course), I am hoping to get more MOVING in. :)

    June 8 - 2 km walking (25 min) + 30 flights of stairs (24 min)
    June 9 - 3.2 km walking (40 min) + 30 flights of stairs (24 min)
    June 10 - 2.3 km walking (30 min)
    June 11 - 6.1 km walking/running (60 min) ... I ran for 25 minutes of that!! + 500 metres rowing (3 min)
    June 12 - 40.2 km cycling (125 min)
    June 13 - 47 km cycling (148 min)

    30 June - my bike ride plans to to pot, and I spend the day feeling rotten, spaced out and lying on the sofa. Even went out to get fish and chips as could not face cooking. Hey ho...

    So this was how I did for May:

    350 cals burned or more: 12 out of 31. Good.
    Atleast over 30 mins: 15 out of 31
    Lazy/rest days: 4 out of 31

    Pretty similar....but a marginal increase in the bigger Excercise days...would be nice to keep that going in July.

    I hope we get a July thread!!
