Yeah, no. I don't believe in fate because then it eliminates any idea of having choice or free will. Events happen simply because of a series of choices made or events that occur. Our minds look for reasoning behind the things that happen to make sense of the world around us and to lesson the feeling of anxiety that we feel because our world is chaotic and out of our control.

I'm pretty sure we might be too simple to crack the ways of the universe and even our selves. Just respect what you don't know. Stand in awe. Universe gets the last word. Last laugh. It will just change something up on us when we figure one thing out. But it makes for good chit chat.
