I had a bologna sandwich for breakfast. At least the bread part was healthy!

went deep sea fishing last weekend, last night had blackened red snapper w/ cous cous and roasted vegetables. having that for leftovers (hopefully reheating the snapper won't stink up the kitchen too much)

Lunch yesterday was prepackaged BLT style salad, dinner was one carnitas taco with one serving of chips and 100 calorie guacamole, son's swim lessons, then bowl of frosted flakes before bed.

Today we're getting BBQ brought in for lunch!! No idea what's for dinner. May possibly be the same as last night (actually that was the last TWO nights, lol) due to 6 pm swim lessons. Or possibly pizza. We'll see.

"Giddy-up" pork chop. A boneless chop baked in a soy, honey, salsa (mild for me) sauce with sliced onion on top, with a side of small shell pasta (.75 oz) and 2 oz mixed veggies. Washed down with a diet iced tea (with 1.5 oz of Kracken Black Spiced Rum).

I got onions, broccoli, spring peas, red peppers and... probably other stuff, there was like 7 veggies on the package

It tastes like asian food when you put all those veggies in there. I usually make it with egg rolls strangely enough but I'm so damn fat right I'm whatever

    Its for Big D

Dinner started with an appetizer of mussels in white wine (shared), followed by grilled snapper with a roasted tomato, artichoke heart, and caper sauce, accompanied by sautéed matchstick carrots and squash. There were also a couple of glasses of pear sangria, and a few bites of a unique variation on pecan pie...plus black coffee. Probably should have ordered decaf.

Din consists of pizza and chicken strips dropped in mild buffalo sauce and dipped in creamy delicious ranch & bacon

Meal for a fatso like me who needs to lose these 10 lbs to break even
