    big ol’ pile of brown rice, black beans, steamed green beans and broccoli with butter. then a chocolate lil buff protein cake with some vanilla fro yo, super tasty!

    but most excited for some old school, little Italian joint lasagna on Sunday. talk about poverty macros the rest of the day though
