    Today I made chicken that I marinated in a lime vinaigrette, mashed cauliflower, honey-ginger carrots, creamed corn, and a huge salad. Yesterday was homemade pesto (using basil that I grew!), with tortellini, shrimp, and peppers and of course, a huge salad.

    I went with a ham and gruyere crepe for dinner tonight - the grocery store I shop at makes them at their coffee kiosk and they are awesome, especially when I am not in a cooking mood and don't want to spend too much (only $4 and very filling). I have to guess on the calories but I try to go high just to be safe.
