I just started the Keto Diet on Monday... so I am on day 3 and its horrible and really hard.
However, I am determined to stay away from the carbs and get healthy. I know if I can just make it 1 or 2 more days I will start feeling HUGH benefits.
I am looking for friends for support and sharing that are new to Keto or still going strong on the Keto diet

I'm low carb high fat. Considered Keto. May do it yet however I want to give this a go first and if unsuccessful then Keto here I come.

Make sure you are gettig a lot of salt the first few days to help fight the fatigue and keto flu. I would just sprinkle some sea salt in my water, it helps a lot. Also make sure you are getting MCT oil, I would have coconut oil in my coffee or just eat spoonfuls of it3

Day 20~ here. Keto is pretty good. Down 17 lbs. Fat Bombs are life savers.6

I'm also struggling but I'm trying to stay motivated, as well. I'm trying to lose about 30lbs right now... Ugh

I'm doing a keto diet (following the bulletproof protocol with butter in the morning). Glad someone started this thread.1 -
I am low carb. Keto is a challenge as I cannot have regular dairy or coconut products. However 5 months in and 50lbs down....
Feel free to add me. My diary is pretty boring as I often eat the same things, but it has worked for me!
My Top 3 Lifesavers:
Bacon
Cream Cheese Pancake (1oz cream cheese, 1 egg, whizz in a blender & cook in butter - I use Goat cheese & butter).

I'm low carb. following the New Atkins plan and it seems to be working. I'm not 100% on the difference between the 2 having never looked into a keto diet but the general principles seem lined up? Always keen for food buddies!0

I also started last Monday - feel free to add me. Would love to be in touch with others following the same diet. I am obsessed with the strips becoming purple. I got out of the pink Friday but then somehow am back to pink this morning. I feel really good though. The cravings and hunger are gone.1

I've been doing keto 8 days, I've lost 4lbs, probably water weight but I feel better today than I have all week! Why? Because I soaked my cramping legs in an epsom salt bath, drank two glasses of warm water mixed with 1/4tsp per glass of NoSalt, and got a good night's rest. I think adding the potassium enriched salt is the way to go for feeling better! I've only had half a cup of coffee yet I'm wide awake and ready to move around lol! So, going into week 2 of keto... That first week was KILLER! I've noticed that the fat bombs REALLY help! And finding HIGH protein foods helps keep me full. The carb cravings are still there especially with the BF eating whatever he wants LOL but bacon helps...and like I said having food ready that you CAN eat definitely helps as well!
