The 1x it is someone else I just kind of laugh because my goals will not be broken.

I don't diet so no one =D I eat healthier. But I imagine if I did it'd be my husband, in the sweetest way possible. We like to spoil each other with food.5

Everyone I know. My family, my friends, even co workers. And myself of course. You aren't fat, why are you dieting, just have some you only live once. I have heard it all. And while I am in charge of what I eat I also struggle with will power so.....4

Eating Healthy is the Key to maintain your weight. Dr. Phil mentioned Sabotage by friends or family members is a no...no... lol. My son brought me a Kit Kat candy bar the other day. I told him to take it with him & that i would possibly enjoy 1 bite of the Kit Kat after i lost 50 lbs. Have you lost much weight using my fitnesss pal ??0 -

Neither.
You can lose 50 lbs and still enjoy Kit Kat's during the process. A bite of a Kit Kat AFTER 50 lbs lost sounds...dismal.13 -

I may get lots of peer pressure or lots of guilt tripping from family who were just trying to be nice, but I'm the only one in charge of what I eat. So, I am my own saboteur.4

Offering isn't sabotage. Tying you up and force feeding or hiding high calorie ingredients in your food = sabotage18 -

That's not sabotage. That's life. Sabotage implies someone is out to get you or trip you up.
If i want cake, candy, cookies, dessert or any of those things, i make it fit my day. If I'm offered, i consider if i want it and make a mature decision.16 -

I sabotage myself 100%. Granted, the vendors that bring all of the bagels, pastries, candy, etc. don't help but they don't shovel the stuff into my mouth, either.2

Sabotage is when someone brings you cookies, cake, ice cream or a candy bar & then you eat it.
Sounds like you are as strong person. I only eat Healthy Foods now & i Feel Great !0
