what is your number one problem right now?

mine is the fact that my birthday is in less than two weeks so i am splurging and i want to have a special dinner (im having cake and icecream too)...the problem is my DH is working that night so it will just be my daughter and i...and she is very picky so i will be making a dinner just for me...and i have no idea what i want to make...cant go out since DH has the car so it has to be at home...do i want mini pizzas, do i want a taco salad, do i want pasta??? i go shopping for the month (i do months by bills, and my bills start mid month) in a couple days so i need to know what to buy...so that is my petty problem...what is yours?

My DH and I are downsizing but I desperate need to work out. My DH has not been helping and I seem to spend all my time on trying to move everything over. Mood: frustrated.0

I'm out of balance by an even $800 but can't find a transaction for $800 even, which means that I am going to have to look for multiple transactions. Grr.1

I ate too much fresh berries and cherries, so I'm not sure if I'll have room for a smoothie later, or if I'd just brush my teeth and call it a day.3

The heat has to be my problem. Still getting my exercise in but struggling. Some days I can do my full hour other days I split it up which I don't like. Oh well life moves on and I'm grateful I can get it done in one way or another0

My number one problem right now is trying to plan how to work my calories around a camping trip we'll be taking in a few weeks. I plan on hard boiling eggs, bringing some protein bars, and chicken breasts instead of having our usual camp grilled foods like burgers and hot dogs.2

3 of my sisters just asked me where Thanksgiving is going to be this year and I don't even want to think about it yet. Can't someone else make a decision?6

I'm moving houses and it's taking forever. And I haven't been to the gym since the end of June since I've been between houses the past few weeks. And I have so much to clean and unpack. And get a new job. It's a lot.1

OMG. My biggest problem is summer IS here and it's so damn hot. Exercising outside is way less appealing!6 -
I have a mental block about exercise. And it makes me feel depressed/anxious/angry for hours afterwards so that's a huge disincentive. I only worked out when I had a trainer, because I didn't want to stand him up. Can't afford one at the moment. This is a huge problem.2

Letting my guard down and saying *kitten* it when I get in my head I want to overeat. This usually happens when I don't feel well and my will power goes somewhere into negative territory. I feel bad like a headache and give myself permission to eat all the foods. Then I pay for it the rest of the week slowing getting rid of excess water weight and I've blown my most of my deficit so once the water weight is gone, I've lost a week I could have lost a pound or two. I've stopped watching my favorite tv show too because I just want to snack like crazy watching it.0

All of my "good" gym clothes are dirty! I need to either wear... less than clean... gym clothes or clothes I don't like as much (or aren't as comfy)2

I want to work out for 15-20 mins in the morning..but Im lazy and hit the snooze button too many times. I work out during my lunch hour at least 4xs a wk and 2xs a wk I've been taken cardio kickboxing classes at night. Although I haven't really been on the scale - the couple of times a month I do go on - the number does not go down. I really think if I do a fasted cardio sesh in the am my numbers will drop. BUT I will say this: during the Fourth of July Wknd we had a pool party - I wore my new one piece and felt comfortable! I also took the kids to the beach and wore the same awesome new one piece and I felt really good! I never wore a one piece - my go to was always a swimdress. I AM making progress... Sorry to ramble7

My number 1 problem right now, and since I reached 220, is that sitting in chairs makes my butt hurt.4

Work - It's a slow week for me and I've been getting my to-do list done before lunch without even rushing thru it. Which in turn makes the afternoons long and boring so I want to snack. I telecommute so it's not like I can go wander the halls at the office and talk to my co-workers. I'm one website away from cleaning out and reorganizing my t-shirt drawer (but I have to stop every few minutes to come back and check for IM's & e-mails)!2

Kids don't take too many naps these days. I can'y get on my elliptical without them wanting to do it too. It's a very very compact elliptical, so the pedal angles are really steep, otherwise I'd let them... Just waiting for the day to be over, hit the gym tomorrow.0

I'm missing a period, which is not uncommon at 42 years old, but the weight fluctuations are throwing off my feedback loop. I was 176 on Monday and now I'm 180. This has bounce has been happening for over a week.0

Mine is that my co-worker just went to the store and brought back six bags of Fun Size chocolate treats and two big bags of Munchie Mix for the staff. Oi! I caved and had 4 pretzels. but I've got another 3 hours.2
