I'm currently using Optimum Nutrition Platnum Hydrowhey. I like the amount of protein per scoop and it seems to be working well so far.

Just had the privileged of meeting Shan Stratton recently. For those of you who don't know who he is, he is a Nutritionist for over 20 years and works with all 31 professional Baseball teams, and people like Reggie Jackson on a personal fitness level. Got some pointers on my workout routine and asked the famous question..."Which protein shake is best?" Shan's answer: 'shakeology' (Body for life) and he said that is what HE uses too. Thought I'd pass on my privy info for all who are working so hard like I am :) Shan also promotes proper hydration like I do with Kangen Water.

    Kangen Water info: http://www.livingwaters4life.com/ & http://kangendemo.com/
    Shakeology info: http://www.shakeology.com/
    Shan Stratton info: http://www.corehealthproducts.com/about/stratton

By the way, I highly recommend Shan Stratton's corehealthproducts. I've bee on them one week and it has pushed my weightloss into high gear. I've been working out hard and doing 'all the right things'...and this has unlocked my weight loss potential. VERY excited!

    Good luck, God bless!!!

Rivalus:Promasil in Soft Serve Vanilla, I usually do 1 scoop with unsweetened almond milk and ice. IT is tasty! Or if I want, add a banana and ice for a smoothie. I'd like to try the chocolate flavor someday! Pricey, but great.

Jullian Michaels whey protein because I'm lazy. Before that I was using Nutrisystems whey protein. Both are as good as this type of drink can be and tend to be 100 or 110 calories. I read the first few responses and noted only one person listed the number of calories in their choice. I tend to look at protein first and then calories. I try to limit myself to protein rich foods and wheys and about 1500 calories per day with about 300 to 400 calories lost in three different exercises (dog walking, bike riding and elliptical).
