Good to read all of the success stories. I have been at a semi-plateau since 12AUG. I had a weight fluctuation of +1.0# Plateaus are OK. I'm below my intended goal weight. I considered this challenge as I had increased my weight from vacation and did not want to continue an upward spiral. This challenge has taught me to "Get back on track!" And not fall into old habits. Release of weight to date -3.4#. Still 1.# from the weigh in when I left for vacation. Erratic sleep pattern,too many thoughts on my mind : home & work. Signed up for a YogaMed 8 week session. The session will get me moving.3

24.8 - 77.3kg/ 170.42lbs.. What a Crappy result. I have an amazing ability which I probably should be paid for... To completely ignore all the things I should be doing. This is how I dropped off the wagon previously.
This week I did not log my food.. I have set up a treadmill in the lounge room which I have been using, but this week used to dry my clothes. I refuse to go down the path and give up. I have one more week. Please feel to send me horrible messages reminding me to log my food (jokes). And to remind me that my treadmill is for exercise not an extension of my wardrobe. ONE MORE WEEK TO GO>>> Everyone give it an almighty push!!2 -

Not sure if I should log for the last day of the month… just a few days away… or leave this as my last one
Right now I'm thinking yesterday's update should be my last one, as I can't see myself losing much (or at all) within a few days!
I'm really happy with my loss for this month though! 8lbs total, and I didn't think I'd lose that much in 4 weeks
Everyone else has done fantastic

Hey!
I am on a diet plan of 1400 cal daily. I don't enjoy eating so I'm having trouble making that goal. My plan is to loose 30# by the end of November. I try to walk one mile every other day and steps of 1000.

I was sabotaged this month by business trips, including three+ hour dinners, other evening work requirements, and literally not enough hours to also work out and get a full night's sleep.
Satisfied I lost "something" this month, it's time to finish strong and plan for September.1
