Welcome back @renaegry!@trooworld I've been really impressed by how much WW have grown in their recipe game. I used to try to make some stuff from them in the early 2000s and it was so bland and flavorless. I once tried a crockpot red curry from them that called for 2-4TBS of red curry paste for the very large crockpot (for real). Now they're actually using spices!!!
Happy Monday all! Since I have the day off I got a workout and a dog walk in this morning and now I'm going to do some dissertation work before I do a virtual movie night with friends. I cooked up a bunch of healthy food and did some laundry yesterday so I'm ready to take on the week.
I've been noticing I've been getting really grumpy when it's time to do my dissertation work. I need to work on a bit of an attitude adjustment or it's going to be a long year. I feel like 2021 is the year of putting the work in for 2022, since by 2022 I'll hopefully be done with classes (and tuition payments!) and vaccinated so I can actually enjoy a social life again. But to get there I have to buckle down this year and put in the dissertation work and stay safe. I just keep reminding myself that this is the year of achieve so the following year can be a year of enjoy!
