    This challenge is really keeping me on track, I love it. I weighed 134.4lbs when I started this in the last week of July. Today is my weigh in day and I am now 130.8lbs. That's a total loss of 3.6lbs so far, brilliant. :)

    Hi Im in aus, and I do a fitbit walk challenge with people from all around the world every week, I have found great camaradary and made quite a few friends that Im looking forward to actually meeting in person. I would like to be in your group too as I have read posts and I like what I read. I am 63 and have been at college for the last 18 months studying health and fitness, will be a qualified PT in a few more months.this week Mon to Sunday I walked 123000 steps I have a ffit bit and thats what counts in the world challenges. Well I hope to gain more inspiration here and lose another 5 kg, Have a lovely week ladies

    August 11: 10,465 steps | 3.8 miles -- Started a new walking route. I usually walk up and down each street in my neighborhood, but it's so small that's only 2,000 steps. Now I walk to the church by my house to get the Pokestop, and then I walk through the bigger neighborhood next to mine. This was my first time, and I got 5,000 steps just doing that!

    This week has really messed me up. My sleeping patterns haven't been quite well which causes me to take a nap when I get home from work. That leaves me feeling like my energy is shot down so I haven't been walking in the evenings like I usually do. My best day was Thurs.

    The park was a hive of activity this morning. lots of big groups of runners, young and old. People fishing in the lake, dog walkers, rollerbladers, cyclists, Calisthenics and people setting up large marquees in the day camping area for parties. Feeling refreshed :)
