    I got the okay from my doctor to start working out again so I'm looking at local gyms around my area to join and looking up healthy foods to continue this journey to reach my goal

    Getting ready to give tennis lesson and then playing for 2 hours of singles. Playing a kid 37 years younger than me. I will get a work out. Love it!!

    I just dropped a Tostitos chip on the floor and I did the 3.2 sec rule.. I said to hubs my chips were valuable.
