    Just ate Mandarin orange slices with grape nuts. Pretty good. And drinking a lot of water today so already three trips to the restroom in the last hour.

    Trying to gather up the energy to actually workout. These dark, dreary, wet days we have been having for the past two weeks have really sucked the energy out of me. I want snow so I can enjoy winter activities outside.
